考 生 须 知
Notice for the Exam Candidates
1. 考生须于考试前10分钟进入考场。
The candidate shall appear in the exam room 10 minutes before the exam begins.
2. 考试进行30分钟后严禁考生入场，考试开始30分钟后考生方可交卷并出考场。
The candidate is not allowed to appear in the exam-room if he/she is 30 minutes late, and the candidate can hand in the exam-paper 30 minutes after the exam begins.
3. 考生必须携带学生证（或规定的其他有效证件）入场，按指定的座位就座，入座后自觉将证件放在座位左上角，以备监考人员检查。
The candidate is required to show his/her eligible certificate or Student ID card and take the seat appointed. The candidate shall put the eligible certificate or ID card on the left top corner of the table for being checked by the invigilator.
4. 考生只许携带考试必需的文具，严禁将任何书籍、资料、各类无线通讯工具等带入考场。考生须按监考人员要求将随身携带的物品放在指定地点。
The candidate is allowed to bring necessary stationary into the exam-room. Books, materials, any communication tools, etc. are not allowed in the exam-room, and must be put in a certain place appointed by the invigilator.
5. 试卷一律用黑色水性笔答题，用铅笔或其他颜色笔答题者一律作废，要求字迹清晰、工整。
The exam paper can only be written in black-ink pen. The exam paper will be considered as null if it was written with pencil or other color ink pen. The candidate’s handwriting is required to be clear and regular.
6. 考卷下发后，在规定的地方填写班级、姓名、学号，不可在其他地方填写或作特殊记号，否则答卷无效。
The candidate can only write down his/her information in the given blank. The exam paper will be considered as null if with misplaced candidate’s information or special marks.
7. 拿到试卷后，检查试卷有无缺页或字迹不清，若有以上情况可举手向监考教师报告，不准向监考教师询问与试题答案有关的问题。
The candidate shall raise up his/her hand to inquire for missing pages or unclear print after he/she gets the exam paper. The candidate can not ask question concerning the answers to the invigilator.
8. 考生答完试卷后，将试卷翻扣在书桌上，立即离开考场，不得在走廊逗留，不得在考场内及考场外大声喧哗，交卷出考场后，不得再随意进入考场。
The candidate shall put the back side of the paper up on the table when he/she closes his/her exam and sign on the roll. If the candidate drops the exam, he/she should submit the exam-paper and leave the exam-room immediately and is not allowed to linger or shout outside or enter the exam-room again.
9. 考试中止时间一到，考生必须立即停止答卷，继续答卷者将被拒绝收卷。试卷及草纸一律不准带出考场，凡带出考场的答卷一律作废，成绩视为零分。
Once the time of the exam is up, the candidate must stop writing, otherwise, his/her paper will not be collected by the invigilator. The question paper and draft pages shall not be taken out of the exam room. The answer sheet will be considered null and scored 0 once it is taken outside.
10. 考生必须服从监考人员管理，不得以任何形式干扰监考人员正常工作。
The candidate must be subject to the invigilator’s supervision and can not disturb the invigilator’s work in any way.
11. 对违纪的考生，将严格按学校有关规定进行处理。
The candidate who cheat or violate the exam disciplines shall be given serious punishment according to the relative regulations of SUT.
12. 凡有以下行为的考生，视为违反考场纪律：
Any candidate, who has the following behaviors, shall be considered as violating the exam-disciplines:
1) 不按监考人员安排的座位就座者；
Take a seat which is not arranged by the invigilator.
2) 监考人员宣布考试结束尚不停笔者；
Go on writing once the invigilator announces the exam is over.
3) 交卷后在考场内逗留或在考场附近喧哗或不听劝阻者；
Lingering in the exam room or shouting near the exam room after submitting the exam papers.
4) 藏匿、截留试卷者。
Keeping the exam-papers or taking part of the exam-papers away.
违反考场纪律者，视情节轻重作下列处理：
The violators shall be given the following punishment according to the seriousness of the circumstance:
1) 情节较轻者，由开课院系将其该课程考试总成绩扣10分；
The score of the concerned subject will be deducted by 10 marks by the concerned teaching department with the miner seriousness.
2) 情节恶劣者，该课程考核成绩以零分计，并给予纪律处分；
The final result of the subject will be marked 0 and the candidate shall be given disciplinary punishment with the worst seriousness.
13. 凡有以下行为的考生，视为考试作弊：
The candidate who has the following behaviors shall be considered as cheating:
1) 将书籍、资料、各类无线通讯工具等带入考场，并放在考桌附近者；
Appear in the exam-room with books, materials, or wireless communication tools and keep them close to the seat.
2) 将有关考试内容事先抄写在考桌及附近者；
Before the exam, write words concerning the exam anywhere near his/her seat.
3) 考试过程中交谈、暗示、偷看者等；
Talk, give hint, or peek in the exam.
4) 代人考试及交换试卷者；
Sit for the exam for other person or exchange the exam-paper.
5) 协同作弊者。
Assist others in cheating
考试作弊的处理：
The disposal for the violator:
1) 监考人员立即收缴作弊考生的学生证和试卷，并将情况详细记录入《考场情况登记表》，请考生签字确认。待其交出书面检查后发还学生证，方准许参加下一门课程考试。
The invigilator shall seize the candidate’s papers and ID card, fill in the concerned information in the “Registration form of Exam Circumstance” and get the candidate’s signature for conformation. The candidate is not allowed to sit for the next exam, unless he/she submits his/her self-examination and gets back his/her ID card.
2) 凡考试作弊者，该课程成绩以零分计。
The score of the concerned subject will be considered as 0 .
3) 对考试作弊者，予以记过及其以上的纪律处分。
The violator shall be given disciplinary black record or more serious punishment.
4) 考试作弊者在接受完监考人员调查取证后，须在不影响其他考生考试的前提下离开考室，违者将加重其纪律处分。
The violator shall leave the exam room quietly after he/she finishes the necessary procedure. Once he/she disturbs the others’ exam, more serious disciplinary punishment will be given.
